Most people negotiate on a regular basis, either internally or externally, and they need to know how to do it as effectively as possible. The workshop's broad range of negotiation principles, conducted by the experienced Spanish diplomat Mr. Fernando Villalonga, will help participants visualize what effective negotiation looks like in practice.
