The United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) is the principal training branch of the United Nations and provides innovative learning solutions to individuals, organizations and institutions to enhance global decision-making and support country-level action for shaping a better future. With over 133,421 individuals benefitting from the delivery of more than 670 training and related events yearly, the Institute’s programming has never been as diverse as it is presently. 

 At the heart of UNITAR, the Division for Multilateral Diplomacy delivers training, workshops, online courses and master programs to address the needs of diplomats, government officials, international civil servants, and private sector meet complex, global challenges. UNITAR’s Division for Multilateral Diplomacy cooperates closely with Ministries of Foreign Affairs across the world, as well as with other United Nations agencies in order to facilitate international and multilateral relations.
